AFZ Chairman Meets Italian Trade Attache

Dr Abdul Galil Al-Shaibi the vice chairman of Free Zones Public Authority (FZPA), the chairman of Aden Free Zone (AFZ), met at his office in Sana'a on 18/1/2010 H.E. Bernardetta Gravili, the Italian trade attache and a number of Italian companies' representatives. Their visit was intended to get first hand information on the advantages and facilities extended by AFZ to investors particularly to a group of big Italian companies which are wishing to invest in some AFZ sectors.
On other hand, AFZ is very keen to benefit from the experiences and performance of Italian free zones through signing technical administrative cooperation protocol.H.E. the attache promised to communicate with Italian concerned authorities to urge them to speed up implementing the protocol.
Dr. Abdul Galil Al-Shaibi is also very keen to extend all aspects of support to Italian investments, appreciating, at the same time, the efforts exerted by the Italian Embassy for enhancing economic cooperation between the two countries.
